Based in the port of Mallaig in the Highlands of Scotland, Andy Race Fish Merchants is renowned for producing the very best Scottish peat smoked salmon, Mallaig kippers and a variety of high quality smoked fish and shellfish – all traditionally smoked with no resort to dyes. All fish is available by mail order, beautifully packed to keep it fresh.

Initially, they bought in smoked fish, but were unable to source the quality needed. Therefore, in about 1980 they began smoking fish ourselves using kilns by that well-known designer, ‘Heath Robinson’! The same smokers are still burning incessantly today.
