Appledore Fish Summer School

We provide opportunities for local people and holidaymakers to have more knowledge of healthy sustainable local fish and how it can be prepared and cooked with seasonal produce. We work with existing groups in the village to arrange an interesting programme of sustainable local fish and shellfish demonstrations as well as; practical courses, family fun events, talks and films, beach rambles and visits to local fishy places of interest. These will be arranged throughout July and August.
