Butler Diving

Butler Diving are scallop divers harvesting from the West Coast of Scotland. They collect hand dived King Scallops, Urchins and Speared Fish and sell them direct from their store on Lochgilpead and their online site. Hand diving can be one of the most sustainable fishing methods as unlike dredging it does not disturb the seabed and allows fishermen to be highly selective.
