Len and Mandy Walters have been processing fish and shellfish caught by their own vessels for the last 14 years. Len has been fishing for 30 years out of Cardigan. All of the products offered by Cardigan Bay Fish are sourced directly from their vessels or fishermen based in Cardigan. Len and Mandy pride themselves on being able to offer fresh product, processed as soon as it’s landed to maintain flavour and quality.
