Fish n Collect

Fish n Collect is run by the husband and wife team behind the Inverness streetfood hatch, the Redshank. Founder Jamie grew up surrounded by seafood, with his father being a fisherman. The Redshank was created by a need for another option for the takeaway scene in Inverness. They loved the idea of street food with a difference, creating menus with fresh fish from the waters around Scotland, creating gourmet fast-food from their little kitchen on wheels.

With COVID-19, the Redshank had to close, yet to supply customers with great quality products in these very unusual times, they decided to start up Fish n Collect, supplying fresh fish as well as readymade meals and meal kits such their famous Kedgeree & Scallop tacos for you to try at home. The offering changes each week so you are invited to select from the range of local fresh fish and home cooked dishes and chose from collection or delivery.
