I have always loved being by the sea, and many childhood family holidays were spent on UK beaches from Devon to Scotland. I only started to get into seafood as an adult, and it became clear quickly to me that truly sustainable fish was the only kind I wanted to eat. As a keen surfer, I am passionate about protecting our oceans and beaches, and I’m excited to do some exploring and share my stories from our coast.
